Starting February 21, Carmon’s will be serving lunch Tuesday through Friday at 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The lunch menu will offer:
- frisee salad w/ sunny side up egg, bacon, croutons;
- warm lentil salad w/ turnips, spinach, mustard dressing;
- french onion soup w/ crostini, gruyere;
- croque madam: gruyere, ham, sunny side up egg
- reuben: pastrami, saurkraut, comte cheese, russian dressing
- braised pork: pickled red onion, sauce gribiche
- duck confit: brie, mustard, arugula
- grilled cheese: white cheddar, jardiniere
If this is anywhere as decadent and delicious as their dinner, count me in.
