Michael Uslan, executive producer of the Batman film series, comic book historian, and author of The Boy Who Loved Batman and other books, will be at the Illini Union on Thursday, June 21 for a talk sponsored by the Illini Union Board. “From Fan to Filmmaker: The Journey to Bringing Batman to the Silver Screen,” will be at 7:00 p.m. in the Illini Union Ballroom, located on the second floor of the northside of the building. Admission is free.
…In addition to Uslan’s talk on June 21, Illini Union Board will present a free screening of The Dark Knight on Wednesday, June 20 at 8:00 p.m. in the Illini Union Courtyard Café.

Tomorrow’s screening of The Dark Knight has been canceled, but Batman producer and comic book historian Michael Uslan will still be speaking on Thursday, June 21.
