Hendrick House will host a farm-to-table dinner at 6:30 p.m., Thursday, July 19.
The dinner menu will include mushroom stew, summer vegetable salad, roasted pork loin and lemon curd. Ingredients are sourced from the Hendrick House rooftop garden, two plots at Meadowbrook Park leased from the Urbana Park District, and local farmers working with the local CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) groups.
