February 1 marks the date when Urbana’s Market at the Square begins accepting applications to participate as a vendor or community group. The season will run every Saturday, May 4 through November 2, and is located at the corner of Illinois and Vine Streets near downtown Urbana. The Market will be open 7:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m., rain or shine.
This year the Market will initiate the use of an online system called Manage My Market. All registration for prospective vendors as well as community groups will now be handled electronically through this online system. The information that vendors enter into the system when completing their applications will be used to auto-populate an interactive, online Market map and search function.
