In a week with official news of opening dates and grand openings, another one has come down the pipe. Driving down Green Street the past week, I was curious what this establishment even was, with a design that really stands out within the concrete walls of most restuarants in Campustown. The tall (what appears to be) wooden paneling, looked interesting and unfamiliar. Lo and behold, it’s a new sushi and ramen joint called Sakanaya Restaurant. It’s opening November 8th, so we’ll see how it holds up. Sushi and ramen? Interesting.
