Twin City Derby Girls Bring (Midstate) Mayhem to C-U
Roller Derby Bout 6 PM Sunday, March 9th at Skateland Savoy
Champaign-Urbana’s Twin City Derby Girls are engaged in Midstate Mayhem! Doors open at Skateland Savoy, 208 West Curtis Road on Sunday, March 9th at 6:00 PM. The family friendly action commences with the first jam starting whistle at 7:00 PM.
Burning up the frozen pavement of I72, all the way from Illinois’ capitol city, Midstate Mayhem Roller Derby sizzles into Champaign County to bout the Twin City Derby Girls. There is no better way to spend your Sunday evening than cheering on the Twin City Derby Girls.
Feast on all types of goodies, baked by the team and their families at their fund-raising bake sale before and during the bout. During the half time break, enjoy the unpredictable Wheel Game and test your knowledge of roller derby and local trivia.!
Tickets are available for $8 in advance from twincityderbygirls.ticketleap.com. Bout day tickets will also be available at the door until they sell out. A portion of the proceeds from this bout will be donated to Crisis Nurs- ery, a non-profit organization.
