The Garden of Chloe, an independent feature film being produced in Urbana by director Johnny Robinson, is beginning the second round of filming and has launched an IndieGoGo campaign to help offset some of the costs of completion.
From the Indiegogo description of the film:
Chloe, a free-spirited performing arts teacher, and her companions move to a small town — her childhood home. But their eclectic, bohemian life seems at odds with the small-town community. These conflicts and contentions reignite Chloe’s fears of expression, disclosure, and even the performance of her art. Chloe’s hopes and plans for the future are threatened.
The movie also features on-screen performances and soundtrack contributions from local group the Almost “A” Quintet, who will be performing a concert/filming a scene for the movie at the IMC building March 22nd.
