The Hemingway Daiquiri, pictured, is just one of a few new cocktails now being poured into your glass at Seven Saints.
In his day, Ernest Hemingway would enjoy a few of these cold lime refreshers featuring a low-sugar recipe, catered to his diabetic condition. He would often brag about how cold he liked his “stick to your fingers” cocktails, and this one hits the mark. After being shaken vigorously with ice, Prichard’s crystal rum, Luxardo maraschino liqueur, grapefruit juice, and lime juice are poured into a frozen martini glass and garnished with fresh lime. If that won’t cut through the summer haze, we’re not sure what will.
