Champaign Center Partnership announces Conscious Cuisine; Eating with a Purpose

Champaign Center Partnership has announced a new food-themed program called Conscious Cuisine; Eating with a Purpose. Tuesdays March 10th, 17th, and 24th from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. a local restaurant will offer a free, one hour class or demonstration. Registration is required. Here’s the schedule: 

March 10th: Cocktail class at Big Grove.

March 17th: Cooking demo and wine pairing at Escobar’s.

March 24th: Bread and jam tasting at Pekara.

Ever wonder what goes on behind the kitchen doors of your favorite restaurant?  Or wanted to learn how to recreate your favorite dish at home to impress your guests? Join the Champaign Center Partnership as we travel through the kitchens of your favorite restaurants in Center City during Conscious Cuisine; Eating with a Purpose. Meet our local chefs, tour their kitchens, and learn something new when you register for a FREE class or demonstration!

Starting March 10th, a different Center City restaurant will be hosting a free class or demonstration every Tuesday from 5:30pm-6:30pm! Learn how to mix a sophisticated cocktail, attend a cooking demo and learn to pair wines or hear all about clean label baking while you taste delicious handmade breads and jams. Class sizes are limited and pre-registration is required. It’s Conscious Cuisine every Tuesday in March from the Champaign Center Partnership.
