Want to enjoy beautiful music and fight hunger at the same time?
Wesley Student Center will host a concert by praise music band The Brilliance on March 12 at 7:30 p.m. The Brilliance is led by David Gungor (brother to Michael, leader of the popular band Gungor), and they released a new album, “Brother,” last month. The music is lush and gorgeous, driven by a fantastic pianist and filled out by a string quartet. It’s moving and poignantly personal.
Tickets are only $10 for students ($15 for non-students), and an offering will be collected at the concert to benefit Wesley Food Pantry and Illini Fighting Hunger at the concert.
