Starting May 24th, and presumably each Sunday thereafter, bacaro will serve brunch. The Gravy Train looks like it might be bacaro’s take on the classic biscuits and gravy, but I’m guessing that there will be other breakfast/brunch items, too. Facebook posts indicate new and interesting takes on the classic breakfast: Flying Yankee (chicken and northern bean gravy on a cornbread biscuit) and City of New Orleans (shrimp and andouille gravy on a butter biscuit).
