I spoke with Mandy Danowitz who is the current operator of what was once Indigo Artist Co-op. Danowitz says:
Indigo is no more and it has been very confusing for the public so we are changing the name to Gallery 217. We have a working logo and will be putting it up over the indigo sign soon!
