Last night the Blind Pig Co. hosted a Girl Scout cookie pairing with tap beer. The cookies were extra but reasonably priced and were quite delicious with the beers. Our favorites were the Tagalongs with Dragon’s Milk and the Lemonades with the Ballast Point. There was also a gluten free option, Trjos with Stone Delicious IPA but it was all out before we arrived.
I really enjoyed this. The idea was simple, executed well and added a unique twist to a Thursday night out. I hope to see more of these small events around town.
