Polyvinyl Records is now looking for a full time Warehouse and Order Manager in their Champaign office. Perhaps that person is you.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Fulfill mailorder
- Organize and maintain stock in the warehouse
- Keep direct inventory of all stock on site
- Keep track of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Pack up and ship out band merch, wholesale orders, and retail orders
- Replenish stock and mailorder shelves as needed
- Organize fulfillment and stock area
- Organize, maintain and keep shipping supplies in stock
- Keep track of and store test pressings
- Work directly with Sales Director and Operations Director on various tasks as needed
Experience/Skills:
- Must possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Must be able to work independently and multitask with great attention to detail.
- Proven strong communication skills and organizational skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft applications such as Google Drive, Word and Excel.
- Should be self-motivated and goal-driven, solving challenges proactively
- Ability to set priorities and set deadlines.
- Must effectively manage multiple, concurrent projects against aggressive timelines without compromising quality.
- Must have the ability to work in a tight-knit, community-oriented atmosphere.
- Must have a passion for music and the desire to grow alongside the Polyvinyl family.
- Warehouse/shipping industry and/or management experience a plus.
- Minimum two-year commitment preferred.
