What are the implications of Donald Trump’s attack on the media for American democracy? Can an already heavily monopolized and corporate-controlled media withstand Trump’s assault? How are Trump’s attacks of a piece with neofascist policies of the past and present?
Join Robert McChesney, professor of communication at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and cofounder of the media reform organization Free Press will lead us in a discussion covering all of this and more on Apr. 27, from 7 to 9 pm at Channing Murray.
