Dance at Illinois will honor community engagement faculty member Kate Kuper this November at Krannert Center. Five student, faculty, and visiting dance-makers come together in this family-friendly concert.
Faculty artist Jennifer Monson and student artists Mauriah Kraker, Charlie Maybee, and Krystal Collins will celebrate the daily act of being present through the creation of joyful space. Addtionally, Olga Zitluhina, Artistic Director of Olga Zitluhina Dance Company, visits to create new work for students that explore politics, and culture of the United states and Eastern/Nothern European nations.
Performances will be held Nov. 9, 10, 11, 2017, at 7:30 p.m., at Krannert Center.
