Food Not Bombs, Champaign-Urbana is holding its first meeting of the spring this Saturday, March 31st, from 2 to 3:30 p.m. at the Independent Media Center in Urbana.
This month’s meeting will…
…discuss our current resources, our actions last year, what we need to do to get up in and running again when temperatures permit. Let’s come together and talk about new ideas on how to reduce food insecurity in our community. This event will be a great opportunity to meet new (and old!) faces and contribute new ideas on how we might operate. All are welcome!
Grey, Green, Bronze, Red, Yellow, Silver, Gold, and Orange busses stop at Lincoln Square by the IMC. Kids are welcome! Don’t hesitate to send us a message for accessibility concerns (there is a ramp at the back of the building and we will figure something out if other entry/exit methods are needed!).
Food Not Bombs is “a community-based organization whose primary objectives are to feed people, promote social justice, and strengthen the community.”
