Janet Bubin, owner of KoFusion, recently purchased the PNC Bank location in Downtown Champaign, and news has come out today that she plans to move the the sushi/seafood restaurant from the space it occupies at One Main to that location. Bubin mentions in the article she plans to move by the end of the year, and the restaurant will “use about half ot he building’s first floor”. The new location is at 30 E. Main Street in Champaign.
KoFusion has two locations in Champaign-Urbana — this one in Downtown Champaign, and one across town in Gregory Place near Krannert Center. We will see when they officially decide to move, and keep you posted if/when we get more detail.
