Phoenix Botanical was just approved for a license to sell recreational marijuana when it become legal in the state of Illinois on January 1st, and will change its name to Sunnyside as part of a rebranding. They will continue to provide medical cannabis as well.
NuMed, in Urbana, is also seeking a license to sell recreationally.
