The folks at Piemonte Sausage are leading a salumi making course in Bologna, Italy this January.
The course is January 8-13, 2020, and there are still spots available. It’s 1790€ ($1974, at the time of publishing), and includes five nights accomodations; local ground transportation; daily breakfast; 5 lunches; 5 dinners; course lectures and sessions. The entire itinerary is available here.
You’ll have to pay your own way there and back, but if you can swing it, it sounds like a very fun adventure.
