The City of Urbana’s Arts and Culture Program and the Urbana Free Library are hosting the opening reception for The Passions Project, an Artist of the Corridor Exhibition on display December 2019 – January 2020. The reception will be held Friday, December 13th from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Urbana City Building. Refreshments will be served, and it is free and open to the public.
The Passions Project is an exhibition of black and white portraits of residents of Urbana’s Clark Lindsey Village, engaged in activities they are passionate about.
National photographer, Heidi Wagner, created this project in hopes of redefining how we perceive age by allowing viewers to forge a connection with subjects that challenges traditional views of aging.
Artist of the Corridor exhibitions are displayed in the city building as well as at the Urbana Free Library.
