Hamilton Walker’s is hosting a five course wine dinner this Thursday, February 27th at 6 p.m. featuring wines of Catena Zapata. The dinner is $85 a person, and consists of five courses designed and prepared by Chef Zach Schweig, along with Catena Zapata wine pairings:
- Hickory Smoked Sea Scallop Bisque, Catena Zapata Alta Chardonnay, 2016
- Exotic Mushroom Phyllo Purse, Catena Zapata San Carlos Cabernet Franc, 2017
- Lamb and Beef Kabob, Catena Zapata Alta Malbec, 2016
- Honey-Herb Braised Boneless Short Rib, Catena Zapata Mendoza Cabernet Sauvignon, 2015
- Cheese Trio with Candied Bacon, Catena Zapata Nicolas Red, 2015
You may want to go ahead and cancel the next day, as you will need that time to recover from your food and wine stupor.
