The Women and Gender in Global Perspectives Program and Illinois Program for Research in the Humanities are hosting an International Women’s Day event on March 9th. “12 Women Who Changed the World: Untold Stories” will feature 12 speakers from the University of Illinois highlighting the work of 12 women whose work in academia has made an important impact on the world.
The event is from 3:30 to 5 p.m. at Levis Faculty Center, and it is free and open to the public.
