College of ACES and Integrated Bioprocessing Research Lab are producing hand sanitizer

The College of ACES and Integrated Bioprocessing Research Lab are collaborating to produce and also package industrial-size amounts of hand sanitizer and shipping it to UIC, who then distributes it to hospitals. They have the capability to make a several hundred gallons a day, which is kind of amazing. 

Last week, we learned that Grainger College of Engineering created a prototype for an emergency ventilator.
