Governor Pritzker announced Wednesday that all of Illinois would be ready to move into Phase Three of his Restore Illinois plan. He also loosened some requirement on bars and restaurants, allowing them open outdoor seating with distancing guidelines in place.
With many businesses opening their doors or opening their doors further next week, a coalition of local organizations and municipalities have come together to create a list of guidelines for face coverings, sanitation, hand washing, and distancing that businesses can pledge to do as they open. Champaign County Safe also has a wealth of resources, including signage and direction on where to access protective equipment and cleaning and printing services.
If you are planning to head out and about, you can find a list of businesses that have pledged to follow the guidelines. This was just established yesterday, so the list is just getting started, but I imagine it will grow significantly in the coming days.
