NAYA is offering this special squid ink pasta with mussels, Calabrian chilies, cherry tomatoes, lobster oil, and a hint of mint. I tried it, and it was a wild tasting experience. The pasta was tossed in a light sauce that gave great heat and umami flavors. The mussels were tender and meaty with a pleasant kick from the chilies.
