Next Wednesday, October 14th, the chefs behind C&C Kitchen’s food truck are offering a virtual cooking class with ingredients delivered to your door, so you can cook along with them. Offered by the Urbana Parks District, this class will be held on Zoom from 6 to 8 p.m.. Tickets are $40 and include the food that park district will deliver to the door for each person who signs up.
Learn some cooking techniques as you make a Southern-inspired meal for two. The menu is pan seared salmon or roasted chicken, Yukon gold smashed potatoes, fresh green bean and cherry tomato salad with C&C Kitchen seasoning.
