Dr. Joanna Ellis, a post doc with a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from U of I, was innocently trying to vent her pandemic frustrations on Twitter yesterday, and instead this happened:
Understandably, her tweet became much more popular than she anticipated. The best part, is that she immediately realized her mistake and not only left the tweet, but engaged with people in her replies.

Thank you Dr. Ellis, for bringing a little brightness to an otherwise dark space, and cheers to you for being a good sport. If someone who is obviously a very brilliant person can make a mistake and not take themselves too seriously, maybe there’s hope for the rest of us.
