Las Palmas, the newest Mexican restaurant in town, offers tacos and margarita towers

Have you tried the newest Mexican restaurant in town? Las Palmas, located beside Menards in North Champaign, opened earlier this year in the space that used to be occupied by Super Niro’s Gyros.

Serving up Mexican dishes like quesadillas, burritos, tacos, fajitas, and more, Las Palmas also offers margarita towers. What is a margarita tower, you might ask? It is a tower of eighty-eight ounces of margarita in your choice of flavor served in a giant cylindrical tower with an easy pour spigot.

The flavors available are banana, strawberry, mango, peach, watermelon, raspberry, and regular lime. The lime margarita tower costs $27.99 and the other flavors are $29.99.

Check out their menu here. You can enjoy indoor dining at the recently renovated restaurant, or you can put an order for pick-up by calling 217-607-5695.
