There’s a new food truck in town, and this one serves up pasta, sandwiches, soup, and lasagna. There are no hours of operation posted on their Facebook page or website, but the truck will be in front of Pawn King in Urbana on University Avenue between Goodwin and Lincoln.

That meatball pasta sounds pretty good to me, and I’d probably want to try the Mexican pasta with that chorizo creamy sauce, too. Plus, it’s nice to see a veggie lasagna option on the menu as well, for our C-U vegetarians.
