Local rock band Delta Kings have been at it for quite some time now in the local scene. They’ll be performing for free on Stage 5 at Krannert on Friday evening.

Now here is a really great four-band bill for Mike ‘N Molly’s this weekend. Grandkids will be headlining, and they’ve performed in C-U a few times in recent memory since relocating to Chicago. Timeshare is still terrific, and if you’ve never listened to it, or haven’t in quite some time, do yourself a favor and get on that. They’re joined by Drgn King, Red Frances, and Ryan Groff of Elsinore.

The New Orleans Jazz Machine is a traditional jazz band formed over 15 years ago and features six members, and they’re performing at the Iron Post on Sunday evening.
