I went to The Accord last Sunday to check out the one-off show by The Beauty Shop, and they were joined by Rebecca Rego & The Trainmen. RR&TT opened up and had a great sound. There was a really decent crowd, especially for a Sunday night. I hung out, looked around The Accord, drank some Triptych beer, and shot some photos.
When Beauty Shop came on, they projected an image behind them. (Can you name that place?) They had a very full sound and the crowd was really enjoying their songs, it being the first time they’ve performed in quite some time. It was really fun to go out on Sunday night and enjoy some music at this new venue. I look forward to seeing more shows in the future.
