The Oh Hellos are a folk-rock group most widely known for their song “Hello My Old Heart”, but they’ve got plenty of other good tunes. They are hitting up the stage at The Canopy Club along with Liza Anne and local singer-songwriter Fiona Kimble.

Colt Ford’s albums have consistenly had success in reaching the top 10 of Billboard’s Country chart. Colt Ford’s music is considred part of a music genre called Country Rap, which is heavily influenced by Hip-Hop and traditional Country music. Sure to be an interesting night of music.

When: Saturday, January 30th at 8:30 p.m.
From the Facebook event page: “EXPRESSIONS is a new event showcasing multi-media art created by local underground talent with a shared theme of experimental and psychedelic expression. We plan to bring together sound & sight in a relaxed manner for a unified multi-sensory experience”. This looks like a really interesting event. It will feature some live painting and video projection, along with some great music. Jorts is a local intergalactic disco trance-pop duo that will get things started. Other local electonic musicians that will be performing are Snayl, Vibraspore, and Two-Legged Zoo.

What: Hey Marseilles, Bad Bad Hats, Again is Already

When: Saturday, January 30th at 8 p.m.
Hey Marseilles is an orchestral-pop and folk rock band from Seattle that have gained considerable commercial success with songs like “Heart Beats”. Opening up the show is Bad Bad Hats, and local indie pop group Again is Already. Should be a great night of music at The Accord. Chicago-based electronic duo, Louis the Child ignited SoundCloud with their version of “music that makes you happy” on songs like “It’s Strange”. They will be performing at The Canopy Club on Saturday night with Wheathin, Mielo, and Jay Lugz.
