Tonight at Mike ‘N Molly’s, Smile Politely will be hosting an Illinois State Representative Debate featuring Carol Ammons and Kristin Williamson. You may recall that we hosted a Mayoral Q & A this summer, featuring some locals throwing their hats in the race. This time around, we’re hosting Ammons and Williamson, who are running for the IL-103 State Representative seat.
Join us tonight at 6 p.m. for the free debate, which will feature questions written by you, the reader, as well as our editorial staff. The debate will take place in the beergarden at Mike ‘N Molly’s, and if the weather doesn’t hold, we will move the event indoors.
Publisher Seth Fein will moderate, and be wearing a jacket of some sort. Who the hell knows.
